He emphasized on providing the knowledge, tools to enable participants to link directly with companies to evaluate their behavior, to determine the most relevant administrative problems, resulting from the effects of contingency variables, especially the State and its actions, the Globalization, new business openings, consumer demand, technology, new management approaches.

Chair openly manifested their expertise to liaise with the community colleges with business related professional associations through seminars, lectures, workshops, conferences, extension courses on topics administrative, always, to highlight the new administrative approach , known to increase the organizational culture of everyone involved in these activities.

Outreach is conducted every five to six semester seminars, conferences where involved, not only teachers but from other universities, entrepreneurs, managers, national figures more destadacas in managerial leadership, but more importantly, participation of students in the department outlining their research opinions, suggestions.

Through these activities were consolidated a close link with the same chair at the core of the Morita of Maracay, where he did the same activities, giving a projection to the University's academic excellence and making the future administrator will identify with the administrative reality of the moment.
