Phrase match - is indicated when quotations are used in the sentence. A keyword phrase set to phrase match will only appear when the exact phrase is searched on. For example, "mountain bike" will appear when researchers search for "mountain bike brand."
Exact match - is when the keyword or phrase is placed in brackets. The phrase only ads the search phrase entered is identical to that keyword phrase. "Mountain biking" is displayed only when researchers search for "mountain bike"
Negative keyword - is helpful to filter rambling. A dash is inserted before the phrase filtering. "Mountain bike racing is not displayed if the mountain bike races are searched on.
Landing Page - is important because it not only helps with tracking, but also provides a focused and specific landing page for researchers. The information can be related to the actual search, but also to increase of the conversion rates for sales. A landing page with related content and targeted using the same terminology that the current research, the researcher will show that the solution is relevant to their needs.

Google suggested budget is helpful in getting traffic is consistent throughout the campaign. Keep in mind this is just Google's recommendation, ultimately, is up to you to determine a budget that is affordable and suitable.
Google provides monitoring tools that help webmasters in determining the return on investment on the basis of searches for keywords and phrases. While the technology is not perfect and can not track phone orders and purchasing, should provide advertisers with a sense of phrases and keywords that are converting well in their advertising campaign.
