Many times, with the daily grind, you pass the days, months and even years in a blink of an eye, until there comes a moment when you realize that something is wrong, you're missing something and not even know why. Or that you've spent half my life busy with things you do not have added much and you realize now.

To avoid these situations is important if you stop and think what you want to be, so there is a connection between what you want and what you do in your day to day, and to make sure you're moving in the right direction, you like. So I recommend you have this in mind:

Define where you want to be, create your map and your career. If you do not know what you do not know when or if you've got on track. If you feel that you are not where you want to be stop and think what you want, what change or changes in your life would make you feel satisfied and full.

Make sure you're the one who chooses the path and destiny, lest you end up where others want to be or where others want you to be. And if that's your case, remember that you are always time to modify the path.

In times of stress or confusion, stop and think where you are going and what you can do today to get closer to your goal, what is important about this day. To not go as headless chicken, busy and stressed out with things that bring you closer to your destination.

No matter how busy you are is important to take time to rethink where you are and where you go, if that's what you want and, if not, what can you do to regain your way. Remember that you have the power of decision and sometimes it is not easy, it takes courage to design the life your way and follow your path and to overcome the obstacles you'll encounter on the road, but have value ... What road want to continue?
