What Brings Bad Censorship?
WHAT EVIL BRINGS THE CENSORSHIP? What makes a country important? What makes a population of a country to be happy, live in peace? To these questions there are many answers. Many may say it is the people, society, making a country to be prosperous. Others may say it is the political and economic stability of a country that makes people live in peace. However, in my personal opinion about what makes a population to be happy, or even in Mexico, is freedom of expression. That is, the first 29 articles of the Constitution of the United Mexican States, individual rights. More specifically Articles 6 and 7. It is precisely for freedom of expression that we have such good painters, writers, actors, sculptors etc. Thanks to the freedom of expression so parents can see pictures or we can appreciate a good movie. But there has always been a major conflict with the censorship of all art. But what is censorship in art? According to the Royal Spanish Academy censorship means: Opinion and judgments made or given on a work or writing.
But why many critics and the general public believes that the works should be censored by grotesque, racist, bloody, religious and so on.?, Si, is not a way to express that? If artists and do not let them express themselves capture an image of a naked because that person, assuming you are Catholic, do not tell him to stop being Catholic.
Returning to the above, to censor a work of art is idiotic, is like trying to blame a religion, making art is a form of expression. Talking of this test with my dad brought me an important point that does little to change my opinion about censorship in art. As mentioned above, by law, we can freely express whatever we want. But I failed to mention something about the Article 6 of the Constitution which states: The expression of ideas shall not be subject to any judicial or administrative, BUT IN THE EVENT OF ATTACK ON MORAL RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES, causes a crime or disturb public order. When you finish reading this I was extremely shocked, because my father was right, the art if it could be censored due in some cas if it attacks the moral and third parties. However, after being thinking about this a while I realized that all art that you will eventually have an effect, whether good or bad, someone. There will always be someone to criticize something you do either an erotic poem, a grotesque picture, a religious painting.
This Article does not believe that speaking specifically of art. I'm thinking it would be art if you would relámete considered vulgar censure everything, and I imagine pure animal sculpture, landscape paintings and photographs of people. However, in my point of view I think that censorship started with the nude. Some might not understand the nude as art. But be clear that the "beautiful and artistic as it is a human manifestation and focused observation, can become part of the treaties of morality?. Every work of art will always have some grotesque or perhaps even the artist himself is not reflected in their grotesque works. Censorship in the works would create more problems, as many would complain that they can not speak as they wish. Having freedom of expression carries, undoubtedly, much, much responsibility do what they will see several people. In which you will have an audience of all kinds: judgmental, cutting-edge, professional artists, religious, youth, children and even older people who are going to criticize, either positive or negative, your work.
For the same case if it is important to always keep in mind that while art is a way of expressing always have to keep in mind that many people will admire your work. However, censorship should not be used because, as artists and tending not have today. In conclusion, putting censorship in art does not bring anything good, then everything that someone does either art or just a way to express someone's not going to please. But for those few. Do you really have to blame? If that were the case there would be countries, the world would be a mess because no one would agree with anything you do.
