Learning to disconnect

It's easy to rob us of our time working our private lives, which is more complicated is just the opposite, especially for those who work on their own. Get off of our work activity is necessary, essential. And it can be difficult especially if you work at home.

I already I have found that binge derivative works provided in difficult situations in which our very low yield. After several days working over the account is easy to enter into a dynamic of attrition that ultimately makes us less productive and may even undermine our health. So no choice but to take a break and almost involuntary need that makes us lose hours of the day or days of productivity.

But is that even without the need of over-work, completely off of our activity is a must for mental and physical health.

Some tips to easily disconnect are:

Perform completely different tasks at our leisure. It is proven that when we work, for example, on the Internet at the end there is no space for leisure on the web But it's not advisable that after working in the face of a screen, we continue our leisure at the computer, playing games example. I would also add that it is not advisable to follow the face of a screen, for example watching television. Eye sight, it wears well.

Having work and leisure environments distinct. Also, if possible, it is advisable to perform work tasks in a room or different environment than we have to labor. This is of vital importance to those who work at home.

For our leisure is important to choose activities that we really like, from which we can fully enjoy. In general, try to make the most of those moments of relaxation and focus them entirely on them.

Some work to finish before starting a recreational activity. Those who have a business often think too much into it. To effectively disconnect and have fun without thinking about our work is good to stop working for a while before being with friends or family.

If we find it hard to stop thinking about work, it is also interesting to share your free time. Make the most of your family or friends and devote our attention and focus on their concerns or problems is something that will also help us unwind. If you are lucky enough to have a large group of friends or family, join an activity to share with others that work different concerns.

Do not be so sedentary. If we work on the computer and spent most of our time sitting, it is important to move in our spare time. Do not sit still and go for a walk, play sports or anything that allows us to move the skeleton. This will result in improving our health.

Having friends to provide us deal with issues other than work is also something of interest to help us unwind. I know many people who can not talk about something else other than your job and I think that is not healthy or attractive to visit and enjoy other people.

We must always remember to "work to live" rather than "live to work". Do not become a workaholic, not make you happy.
