Uruguay: Geographic Location, Economy, Flora, Fauna, Hydrography, Folklore


The Uruguay is the Guaraní name, meaning "river of the snail," "Uruguá" in Guarani means snail and "i" means river. Its capital is Republica Oriental del Uruguay Montevideo.La limited to the north, Brazil to the east by the Atlantic Ocean, south of the River Plate and the west by Argentina. It is found in South America.
