How to Improve Your Relationships: Your Second Chakra Balance
Have you ever wondered why your relationships go wrong? The answer is in your second chakra. The word Chakra means wheel, the Chakras are energy centers that we have throughout the spine in the form of wheels, one of the most representative of how our life is relational is the second Chakra is why today I'm going to talk about him. In Sanskrit meaning SVADISTANA called Sweetness. * Location: Between the pubis and navel point, including the abdomen, genitals and womb. * Parts of the body that governs the 2nd Chakra: The parties affected by this chakra are: sexual organs, kidneys and spleen, large intestine, lower vertebrae, pelvis, hip area, appendix, and bladder. * Function balanced: When this chakra is balanced and functioning manifests as desire, pleasure, balanced sexuality, power, creativity, ethics and honor in relationships. * Malfunction: When this chakra is not balanced or blocked shall have the following manifestations: Chronic pain in the lower back, sciatica, gynecological disorders, impotence, frigidity, urinary problems, frustration, addiction, anxiety, fear and excess sex. * Element: Water, therefore we are all functions that have to do with the liquid: circulation, urinary system, sexuality, emotions, sensations, pleasure, movement and respect to nurture.
When the second chakra is balanced, sexuality becomes varied, lively and expressive, rarely have manifestations of confusion, struggle, pain or perversion that seem to be in our culture. In yoga the exercises we do work the second and all lower Chakras. They serve to balance and make them work properly. Do not think that exercise is to stimulate, increase or reduce its operation push. Kundalini Yoga exercises are to clear the chakras to open and balance their functions and to interconnect with the other Chakras. The energy of the 2 nd Chakra begins to vibrate and be noticed around 7 years. At this age children begin to interact with other children and other adults with greater independence from parents and outside the home environment, through these early interactions begin to individuate, to build relationships and explore the power of choice. The energy of this center enables us to develop a sense of personal identity and protective psychological boundaries. While constantly evaluating our personal power in relation to the outside world and their faces physical Bedtime Story (sex, substance abuse or other people), the energy of the 2 nd chakra ego healthy physical enables us to relate to that world without having to negotiate or sell, is energy self-sufficiency.
Is the energy of creation that is both biological and spiritual father children and also want to give physical form to our creative energy, which is highly essential for physical and spiritual health. * Primal Fear: A losing control, to be dominated by another, by the dominating power of events or conditions such as addiction, rape, betrayal, powerlessness, economic losses and abandonment. This truth applies to the way we relate to others and all life forms. From the spiritual point of view, all the relationships we form, from the most superficial to the most intimate, help us become more aware. Some relationships are necessarily painful because we know ourselves and face our limitations is not something we do with great enthusiasm. Many times we need to be spiritually equipped for such meetings. Each and every one of our personal relationships help us grow as people. We attract relationships that help us to know ourselves. Well-known expressions as "like attracts like? And "When the disciple is ready the teacher appears? Recognize that there is an energy act "between racks?, Apparently organized when and where we meet people, and always at the right time.
